Birthdate: August 23rd, 1958
Age: 17
Year: 7
Job: Student
Blood: Pureblood
At First Glance
Hair color: Naturally brown [though she likes to change it]
Eye color: Hazel [changing from blue to green]
Height: 5'6"
Distinguishing features: Freckles, extreme expressions
Desired Play-By: Emma Stone
Description:
Perhaps the most distinguishing of Evangeline's features are her expressions. It's very easy for her to display emotions on her face, sometimes even easier to fake. Harder to distinguish her by her hair color or eyes, because they change. Her eyes are hazel, normally accentuating either the blue or the green in them rather than the brown. Her hair, she likes to change. Born with a natural brown color, Evangeline alternates between brown, red, and blonde upon occasion. Whatever color suits her fancy, she'll dye it to.
As far as clothing style goes, Evangeline loves to dress up. She is rarely seen wearing anything other than high heels. Ever-present is her silver, emerald and diamond encrusted, ring that her parents gave her. A snake for the body, her name scrawled in tiny letters upon one side, and the family crest on the other. She never takes it off. Evangeline loves wearing her emeralds, and is hardly ever seen with even a single hair out of place.

Overall Personality:
Evangeline is very much the party girl, yet secretly a decent student as well. Every night is a night to celebrate in her opinion. Every day is a day to drink. She loves being the center of attention, and plays it very well. Evangeline is rarely seen without some intense expression on her face, whether it be a fake smile, or a sinister scowl, though rarely an ugly expression will pass her lips.
Evangeline, though perhaps surrounded by 'friends' and admirers [or perhaps even those who fear her], is not always the nicest person. She may seem sweet, but sometimes the sweetness can make one sick. She has a nasty way of using her Legilimancy to her advantage, spinning gossip to her liking. If for some reason she doesn't like you, you're in for a world of hurt, likely of social matter.
Having been raised in a strictly pureblood family, Evangeline shares all the pureblood beliefs she was taught. Beliefs that mudbloods are scum, and muggles are disgusting. That halfbloods are a disgrace, and the wizarding world should only consist of pureblood, properly bred wizards. None can really blame her for sharing these beliefs as it had all been drilled into her from a very young age, and Evangeline was a child that was very susceptible to adapting to whatever was thrust upon her. Having accepted these beliefs, it is highly unlikely that she will be able to change.

Father: Alexander James Parkinson
Mother: Cordelia Vivienne Parkinson
Siblings: Ivy Nerine Parkinson
Other Important People: Augustus Rookwood [19, DE] - Long-term boyfriend
Overall History:
Born the summer of 1958, Evangeline Elizabeth Parkinson was the first child, and daughter, of Alexander and Cordelia Parkinson. She was everything they wished her to be, beautiful and bright. Her smile and her laugh lit up the room, and gave her parents something to be proud of. Being of high society, they liked to show her off to the world. Dawlish, Goyle, Macnair, and Rookwood, were among the pureblood families to also have children within that same year, yet the Parkinson's boasted that theirs was the most beautiful, and the brightest of them all. They taught her from a very young age that she was better than all the others, and gave them their full attention for the first year of her life...that was until her sister came along.
Evangeline was not happy when she found out she was no longer an only child. Her parents celebrated her sister's beauty, and her curiosity, as Evangeline sat and simmered. She despised not being the center of attention and would do things to make it so that she was. She started showing off. She would do everything she could to be better than her sister and to steal the attention back off of her.
Eventually, as they grew older, Ivy became more secluded, as Evangeline was in the spotlight once more. When she was eleven she was sorted into Slytherin, the house of her family, making them very proud. She quickly made alliances with other pureblood students, and rose up to be the reigning princess of her Slytherin class. She even caught the attention of older students such as Narcissa Black, Augustus Rookwood, and Lucius Malfoy, though none but Augustus actually paid too much attention to her.
Augustus was a very friendly Slytherin, two years ahead of her. The two formed a friendly bond, and eventually, in her fifth year, the pair began to date. Two years later, the two are still going strong, Gus working on finding his place in the world and getting involved with the Death Eaters, while Evangeline continues to rule the school, and plans to follow in her lover's footsteps, supporting The Dark Lord.
Show Off
It was two o'clock in the afternoon, but Evangeline didn't care about the time. She was going to drink, and cry, until she could do no more. The letter had arrived, and emotions raged through her like a river. A Death Eater? Gus was going to be a Death Eater. Without discussing it with her first? It was dangerous! To tell her in a letter of all things, was simply unacceptable. She had half a mind to march right out of school, find him, and slap him across the face. That's when she began to cry instead. She found herself in The Room of Requirement, with countless bottles of firewhiskey she had stashed away. The first one was gone within minutes.
Truth be told, Evangeline had been thinking about looking into becoming a Death Eater as well. It wasn't uncommon at this time. People were choosing sides, the storm was coming. She was hurt beyond belief however that he didn't tell her in person. Or at least ask her what she thought. They didn't make large decisions ever since they'd met without discussing it with each other first.
Another bottle gone. What if he got hurt? What if he was killed? What if for some reason The Dark Lord didn't think he was good enough? Thought he was expendable and sent him on a suicide mission? Tears streamed down her face as fearful, worried sobs shook her body. Gus was family. He was her love. Her one true love. She couldn't bear to lose him. Three bottles later and she was hiccuping instead of crying. She wiped the tears from her eyes and stood up, beginning to pace. Another swig, another hiccup. Another bottle gone. A little wobbly, another swig. A little stumble, a crash onto a couch, another swig. Another bottle gone, and a fuzzy headed black out.
